1 本機(jī)床是一種計(jì)算機(jī)全自動(dòng)控制的機(jī)電儀一體化機(jī)床，具有自動(dòng)循環(huán)拋光功能。機(jī)床由數(shù)字化控制，只改變計(jì)算機(jī)的程序就可以拋光不同形狀零件。

2 該機(jī)床為4工位單面拋光機(jī)。工件固定在工件轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)的工裝上。通過(guò)一伺服電機(jī)經(jīng)行星減速機(jī)減速增扭后驅(qū)動(dòng)工件旋轉(zhuǎn)。

3 上拋光頭設(shè)計(jì)或電主軸結(jié)構(gòu)回轉(zhuǎn)精度高，振動(dòng)小。

4 工件轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)安裝在縱向移動(dòng)滑臺(tái)上，縱向移動(dòng)滑臺(tái)垂直安裝在橫向移動(dòng)滑臺(tái)上。拋光時(shí)由X、Y軸帶動(dòng)4個(gè)工件根據(jù)需要可做不同的軌跡運(yùn)動(dòng)，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)復(fù)雜型面的拋光。

5 機(jī)床采用全封閉造型，外形美觀大方，機(jī)床床身采用計(jì)算機(jī)仿真和有限元設(shè)計(jì)，zui大限度提高床身剛度和抗震性能，使機(jī)床各運(yùn)動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌具有良好的剛性和抗震性。

3 The polishing head design or structure of electric spindle is with high precision turning and small vibration.

4 Working table is set on the longitudinal moving table that is vertically assembled the horizontal moving table. Polishing complicated shape can be put into practice through the various motion trails that X and Y axis drive.

5 The machine body uses computer simulation and finite element design, adopts casting boxlike structure with good shock absorption and reliable rigidity and thermal stability.
