1.本機床屬于4道行星輪系運動原理的研磨機床。

2.本機托盤重量通過空心軸、固定套配成對錐軸承和三個支撐腳全部落入底板，可以保證*的托盤端跳。另外本機還配有修正輪，用來修復上下研磨盤的平面度誤差。

3.通過減速機帶動鏈輪，從動鏈輪帶動三根絲桿，使得齒圈平穩(wěn)上下移動，具有較高的自動化程度。

4.本機床配有對工件加壓研磨的壓力檢測機構(gòu)，自動檢測工件當前所受壓力。還配有與之相配套的用于自動加壓調(diào)整的電氣比例閥。

5.本機配有安全自鎖氣缸，當上研磨盤上升到上限位點時，插板伸出，防止上研磨盤落下，確保操作者、設(shè)備安全。

6.采用PLC控制，控制方式靈活可靠。

7.用觸摸屏做為人機界面顯示報警和機床狀態(tài)的實時信息；界面友好，信息量大。
